'The Only Impossible Journey is the One You Never Begin'
I have a strong conviction that each of us can find our own way toward a more fulfilling life if we receive the right support, encouragement and guidance, and my own journey has been changed in so many positive ways by the kindness, experience and guidance shared with me by others. In recent years, this has led me to develop a regular meditation practice and mindful approach to life, and I often bring this to my practice in various different ways when it seems appropriate or helpful.
It's important to find a therapist that you can feel comfortable with - I offer an integrative practice style and trained primarily in systemic and psychodynamic models. I always aim to work with my clients in an intuitive way that feels the most helpful for the unique relationship that develops during the therapeutic process.

I now work exclusively in my own Private Practice as a registered member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists, and in a training/coaching capacity offering supportive courses to separated families who are attending Family Court proceedings to help them with communication and conflict, and to understand how conflict affects children.
I often find great inspiration in discovering and sharing a well written and succinct quotation, and this one from the Austrian Psychiatrist and Holocaust Survivor, Viktor E. Frankl, is quite possibly one of my favourites:
