My practice offers a welcoming, non-judgemental, empathic and supportive framework in which you can feel safe to explore whatever issues you might be experiencing. You will be warmly welcomed with sensitivity, empathy, and curiosity. We will explore and untangle whatever problems you may be experiencing to help you gain a deeper understanding of patterns of behaviour, to gain a different perspective and identify areas for change to enable you to make different choices moving forward. We will explore how to improve the quality of communication or find clarity and support at a time when you might feel distraught, overwhelmed, lonely, confused, angry or stuck.
